Credit Card Payment Information: When paying via credit card you will be prompted to enter a credit card number. It is important to enter the appropriate billing name and address associated with your credit card. If you find that your order is not processing, double check the card number and CVV security code on your card for any discrepancies. 

We do not accept orders placed with international credit cards. You can use a PayPal account to place an order that is linked to an international card.

WHERE IS MY ORDER FULFILLED FROM? 

All orders are either fulfilled from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada or from the Amazon Canada fulfillment center in Ontario, Canada

All stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with shipping times ranging from 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS LIKE?

We currently offer $7.65 standard shipping on all orders across Canada. Orders are fulfilled and sent from our warehouse, weekdays on a daily basis.

All international orders are processed via Canada Post.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for health and hygiene reasons. Our policy is firm: any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?Orders placed on ODAYA's website are processed and labelled immediately to ensure the quickest possible delivery for our customers. Once placed, orders and shipping methods cannot be modified or canceled, so check out carefully!

HOW DO I USE PROMO CODES? 

During the checkout process, in the information tab, on the right hand side under an image of your order, a small box with the filled in words "Discount Code" will appear. Type in your code and then press "Apply." Your discount will automatically be calculated. 

DO YOU HAVE A MAILING LIST?
